About Me

Welcome everyone, my name is Princess and I'm glad you landed on my page! I have been fortunate to travel to 40+ countries and every state in the U.S.A. I am a former Peace Corps Volunteer (Guyana), current health services researcher, and I play roller derby! I live for adventure, traveling and making new memories. I travel solo, with my husband, with friends, and on organized group tours- any type of travel that interests you, I have done it.

I was born in Texas and raised in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in southeastern Kentucky. I attended Berea College for my undergraduate studies and the University of Alabama at Birmingham for my Masters degree and PhD.
